8.1 Digital products

Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, video downloads), we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This is consistent with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where the right to cancel is lost once a digital product has been accessed at your request.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you have purchased, please contact us at JMartsltd@gmail.com within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement file or, at our discretion, a refund.

8.2 Physical products

If we offer any physical products, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. You have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt, during which you may return the product for a full refund (excluding return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described).

Refunds for Patreon membership fees are subject to Patreon’s own refund policy. Please contact Patreon directly for membership-related refund requests.
