At Jason Morgan Arts Ltd, your satisfaction matters to us. We put a great deal of care into producing our tutorials, eBooks, and course content, and we want you to feel confident purchasing from us. This Refund Policy explains clearly what applies to each type of product or service we offer.
If you have any concerns about a purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at JMartsltd@gmail.com before requesting a refund — we will always do our best to help.
Our eBooks and downloadable tutorial files are digital products that are made available to you immediately upon purchase. Because of this, and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right to cancel is lost once you have accessed or downloaded the digital content — provided you gave your express consent to this at the time of purchase.
As a result, we are generally unable to offer refunds on eBooks or digital downloads once they have been accessed or downloaded.
We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
• The file is corrupted or technically defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement
• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at JMartsltd@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, providing your order details and a description of the issue.
The same policy applies to individual video lesson purchases as to eBooks. Once you have accessed or streamed a video lesson, we are unable to offer a refund, except in the case of a technical fault or billing error as outlined in Section 2.2 above.
If you experience difficulty accessing a video you have purchased, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Our Animal Art membership is managed through the Patreon platform. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refund requests for membership fees are governed by Patreon’s own Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Key points to be aware of:
• You can cancel your membership at any time through your Patreon account settings
• Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period
• Refund requests for Patreon membership charges must be submitted directly to Patreon support
We are not able to process refunds for Patreon charges on Patreon’s behalf. Please visit www.patreon.com/policy for their full policy.
Reference photographs are sold and managed through our separate website wildlifeart-online.com. Refund requests for reference photo purchases should be directed to that platform. As with other digital products, refunds are generally not available once images have been downloaded, except in the case of a technical fault or billing error.
If we offer any physical products (such as printed books or merchandise), your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full:
• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason
• You must notify us of your wish to cancel within this 14-day period by emailing JMartsltd@gmail.com
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of notifying us
• We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Return postage costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described
• If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice

• The email address used to make the purchase
• The product name and date of purchase
• A clear description of the issue or reason for your refund request
• Any relevant screenshots or evidence (particularly for technical issues)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
When using our website, newsletter, or any community features, you agree not to:
• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or harassing
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from our website
